Konference: Just CITIES

The conference Just CITIES brings together researchers and practitioners from the arts, humanities, social sciences, landscape architecture and urban design to discuss: What is a just city? How may we envision equitable urban development in the future? How can scientists and urban governance walk-the-talk in terms of creating more equitable urban environments. Raising feminist awareness, how can intersectional and sustainability goals work together? How can interdisciplinary research and innovative, collaborate methodologies help advance the field?
The conference will showcase how different research and design methodologies can help decision makers build and govern more just and equitable cities. The conference encourages methodological innovation and will experiment with pushing the boundaries of the traditional academic conference format through joint writing sessions and discussion formats that move beyond paper presentations.
